By booking or purchasing services through our website or directly with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your detailing service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
If a legitimate issue is reported within this timeframe, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

A re-service or correction of the affected area

A partial refund

A service credit toward a future appointment
We may request photos or inspect the vehicle before issuing any resolution.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after service completion

Pre-existing damage such as scratches, dents, paint chips, stains, or worn surfaces

Conditions that cannot be fully corrected by detailing (deep stains, permanent discoloration, heavy oxidation, etc.)

Damage resulting from faulty vehicle components or aftermarket installations

Issues caused by weather conditions after service completion

Customer failure to follow aftercare recommendations
4. Deposits
Some services may require a deposit to secure an appointment.
Deposits may be non-refundable if:

The appointment is canceled without sufficient notice

The customer fails to show up for the appointment

The vehicle is unavailable at the scheduled service time
Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is provided within the required cancellation timeframe.
5. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility
To receive a refund for a prepaid service, customers must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If a customer cancels with less than 24 hours notice or fails to cancel before the scheduled appointment time, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
If cancellation occurs within less than the required notice period, the following may apply:

Loss of deposit

Partial refund

Rescheduling credit

$50 cancellation fee
6. Service Limitations
While we take great care when detailing vehicles, certain conditions cannot be fully restored through cleaning or detailing. These include but are not limited to:

Permanent stains

Paint damage or oxidation

Worn upholstery or interior materials
-
Embedded pet hair or debris in damaged fabrics
Customers acknowledge that detailing is a cosmetic cleaning service, not a repair or restoration service.
7. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
