2. Services

Jewel Auto Detailing provides automotive detailing services including, but not limited to, exterior washing, interior cleaning, polishing, waxing, and other detailing services as listed on the website.

Service descriptions, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, or other provided booking methods.

By booking a service, you agree that:

  • The vehicle will be accessible at the scheduled time.

  • Accurate vehicle information is provided when booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles, pet hair, stains, or biohazard materials.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition poses health or safety risks.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We may accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Cash

  • Online Payments

Failure to provide payment may result in cancellation of future bookings or additional collection actions.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request at least a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in:

  • A cancellation fee of $50

  • Loss of deposit (if applicable)

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Vehicle Condition and Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicles before service.

Jewel Auto Detailing is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle

  • Pre-existing damage such as scratches, dents, or stains

If existing damage is noticed, we may document it before starting service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality detailing services. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address the issue.

Refunds or corrections will be handled at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jewel Auto Detailing shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage

  • Damage caused by faulty parts, poor paint condition, or aftermarket installations

  • Normal wear and tear revealed during cleaning

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Jewel Auto Detailing and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
